I use iWeb on the mac for my little freelancer site and it is so much faster than Dreamweaver for a small project like that. It lets me do the one-click FTP upload and preview the site, as well. It is an application that came with my mac (FREE).
For my Joomla site I’m working on, I use Dreamweaver CS5 for editing the design elements. It took me a while to get it set up, but now I can edit the content online and the design elements / look feel of the site within Dreamweaver.
